Shipping

We roast coffee once per week on Mondays. Every order we receive until Sunday 11:59PM will be roasted and shipped the same week. We offer complimentary shipping within the United Kingdom from £40 and use tracked shipping with Royal Mail for all our domestic order.

Returns - Coffee

As coffee is a perishable food product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Returns - Merchandise (clothes, ceramics, spoons, etc.)

These items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with any tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Refunds

for approved returns will be processed once items have been received and inspected.
