Carefully harvested ripe cherries were pulped and washed to remove the mucilage before drying slowly under controlled conditions, preserving the delicate aromatics and structure of the coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen brewed, the coffee opens with an intensely \u003cstrong\u003eperfumy floral aroma\u003c\/strong\u003e, reminiscent of \u003cstrong\u003ehoneysuckle and fresh blossoms\u003c\/strong\u003e. In the cup it shows a refined balance of \u003cstrong\u003elively raspberry and lime notes\u003c\/strong\u003e, supported by a creamy, magnolia-like texture.
