After fermentation, the cherries returned to raised beds for \u003cstrong\u003e25 days of slow sun drying\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a clean yet expressive cup, showing \u003cstrong\u003estone fruit and ripe berry notes\u003c\/strong\u003e when hot, evolving into more vibrant \u003cstrong\u003epink grapefruit, raspberry, and sweet lemonade\u003c\/strong\u003e when warm, to \u003cstrong\u003ecranberry and rhubarb notes\u003c\/strong\u003e as the coffee cools.
